Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental pickup time.
2. Refunds
If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund of your rental fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental pickup time are non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation of the games.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
4. No-Shows
Failure to pick up or return the rental without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation without notice and will forfeit the rental fee.

Equipment Return Policy

Fees will be calculated based on the cost of replacement or repair.

Rentals must be returned by the agreed-upon time specified in your contract to avoid additional charges.
